Hawkeye Tree and Bridge
Holy lensflare Batman!
I picked up a Brownie Hawkeye Flash for a little under $10.00 at an antique store yesterday.
It was immediately disassembled and cleaned up. The viewfinder on these always look really cruddy after many years of use and abuse so I cleaned that up as well as the taking lens. I was able to spool a 120 roll into it (clipping the edges with a nail clipper makes it turn easier) and use the 620 spool for take-up (it actually came with 2 620 spools inside!).
None of the shots were particularly good but they weren't bad either, especially for a $9.00 camera.
Next step is to reverse the taking lens...
